The Hospital is committed to providing accessible service to all persons with disabilities and to meet the standards outlined within the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) 2005, the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07 and the Integrated Accessibility Standards, Ontario Regulation, 191/11.
In fulfilling its mission, the Hospital strives at all times to provide care and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.
